Send Page calls MSN not Outlook 2002

When trying to send a webpage as email, IE 6.0 SP1 calls
up a MSN log in screen to send it - not to Outlook 2002
which is my default email manager in Internet Options (I
do have DSL through MSN however). If I log in to MSN to
send the page I get some funny message about downloading
a file name that contain a bunch of numbers. Something
as easy as sending a page or sending a link shouldn't be
this difficult. Thanks.

The install of MSN8 breaks the MailTo Protocol and AFAIK there's no fix yet.
Repairing or Reinstalling IE (or Windows) *might* correct it but the usual
fixes won't. Sorry.
