'send on from' options

Is there anyway where if someone(secretary) sends an e-mail on behalf of
someone else (manager) then the e-mails gets put in the managers sent box as
well as the secretary who sent it?

Any suggestions?!?!?

We do offer a tool which will do this for you, at least if I understood
you correctly.
