Send on behalf of issue....Please hElp!!

I have permissions set to allow users to send email on behalf of another
mailbox, which they can do. However, the emails do not show from xxx on
behalf of xxx. They just say they came from mailbox specified in from box.
Any ideas on this? It is not a permissions issue as the emails are sent and
received without issue.

Thanks

Apparently, the users also have Send As permission on the mailbox, which is
a more powerful permission. Remove it using Active Directory Users and
Computers, on the Security tab.

Check for "Send As" rights set on the Exchange server....they probably have
this set for some reason. You don't mention your version of Exchange, but if
using E2k/2k3, see http://support.microsoft.com/?id=327000
