Send Message to alternate e-mail when specific e-mail's received

What I would like to do is when specific messages are received to send an
e-mail message to my cell phone with just the senders address and message
subject. I know I can forward the entire message with the rules wizard but I
only want to send the specified info due to message length limitations with
the cell phone. I do have a .vbs that allows me to send an e-mail but I
can't figure out how to get the rules wizard to run the script or how to pass
the sender and subject to the script. I am running Outlook 2002 SP3. Any
assistance would be appreciated.
