Send mail from lan system

I have Lan system at my office, in all 3 computer I have outlook express what
I want is there any way all 3 user write a mail in outlook express & it will
first come to my server and than i will send those mail from server.

Any help thanks in advance.

What type of server are you running and/or do you have mail server software
installed on it that supports POP3/IMAP/SMTP clients?
