Running win me

Have reinstalled ie No Help

Email, select IS Outlook Express

Make sure Outlook Express is selected as the email program. With IE
open, go to Tools > Options > Programs. At Email, select Outlook Express.

If you have selected OE as the email program and you still have the program,
repair or reinstall IE. What operating system do you have? If Windows XP

Go to Start | Run and type this command, with the double quotes and spaces:

"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

and then make sure that OE is selected as the default mail program in both
IE and OE.

To set Outlook 98, 2000 or 2002(XP) as the default mail client,- Go to

Tried everything here uninstalled IE and outlook express, reinstalled both,
and still have the link problem ,including a new one which is, when I load a
News group, a pop up comes and says I am not connected to the internet, says
use offline or retry and retry goes in.
