send forms outside my organization?

I want to create a short message form with questions of various types to send
to people outside my organization who may or may not have Outlook (they may
not even be on MS Windows). I want them to be able to answer the questions
and send the message back to me so I can see their responses. Is this
possible? I'm using Outlook 2000 Internet only. I've created a form and
successfully sent to myself but can't get it to work with anyone else (either
inside or outside my organization).

No. Think about it: How would someone not using Outlook make use of an Outlook form?

Well, I was assuming the same way people can see html in their emails... The
Microsoft Manual I was using that led me to try to do this used a customer
satisfaction survey as an example of a message form. The example talked
about creating a form you send to your clients to obtain information from
them, which is exactly what I was trying to do. Since I can't think of many
situations where all your clients would have Outlook, this seemed pretty
logical to me.
