Does anyone know of any third-party 'send filters' available for Outlook?

I would like to force Outlook to use a non-default email account to send all
email to any contact in the category 'business'. It is my understanding
that this is not possible in Outlook, and I must manually change each such
email to use the desired email account. Problem is that occasionally, I
forget to make the change, and now I am looking for something foolproof.

I don't know of any way of doing this. You might try "Goggling" for an
answer
