send error report

every time I click on the internet explorer Icon I get
the send error report ... Don't send window.
I have reinstalled several times from a technet file and
still get the error window ... I can access the internet
via my computer ... Not sure what else to try...please
provide some other options ...

For anyone else interested .... the problem was resolved by
downloaded and running spybot search and destroy...

IE 6. Rule out parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
