SEND EMAILS ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE

I would like to give my department head's secretary permission to send emails
on his behalf. However, he doesn't want to allow her permission to see his
inbox. Is there a way to allow permission to send emails on behalf of
someone else without giving them permission to their inbox?

Hi Tee,
Would't it be the easy way to send it normaly from her PC, type in Header
of the message "On behalf of Mr. XXX" with a CC to him.

I found the resolution. It was under the Go menu. But thanks.
