Hi,

How can I send out a mail shot to all contacts using outlook or exchange
without having all addresses displayed on each email ?

Use the BCC field or setup a server side distribution list that contains
custom recipients (exchange 5.5) or contacts (exchange 2000/2003).

/neo

ps - server side distribution list means that it shows up in the global
address list. if the names come from a contact folder in the mailbox,
public folder, or personal folder, then you have to use the bcc field.

pss - you need personalization (e.g. each sees their name in the to field,
then you are talking some sort of mail merge)

please type your adress in the "to" field and the other in the "bcc" so the
other cant see to which one the mail is going to!
