if i have to send same annoucement to 200 different address from microsoft
mail, what is the method? i believe there is a limit to how many it can
send. rather than seding one by one or fe times, i would like to send at one
go.

thanks.

Microsoft _Windows Mail_ does not restrict how many messages you can send.
Any limits to how many messages/recipients you can send to per day is
determined by your Outgoing mail Servers policies as to the max number of
messages/recipients you may send a day. You would get that information
through their web site or call them. For example you have used
(e-mail address removed), as you email address here, if this is the same address
that will be in the From: field of the announcements you wish to send, then
go to tm.net.my and review their policies to determine how many
messages/recipients they will allow per day. If the email address you are
using to send from were dennislm @ hotmail.com, then you go to hotmail.com
and review their policies. Which domain name comes after the @ symbol of
the address your sending from is who you should go to for your allowable.
You need to know this before trying to send a large number of messages in a
days time. If you exceed the limits you may get tagged as a Spammer and find
yourself locked out.

In Windows Mail you can setup a Group or Groups (mailing list) and add the
email address of those you wish to send your announcement to. Then chose the
group(S) and that adds all the address to your email in the selected field.
You could open you new message and click on the To: and when the address
list opens, Ctrl+click and select the address you want you email to go to.
You can use you Contacts Folder, there are a number of ways to send mutable
recipients the same message all at once. Windows Mail will send all the
email you want, weather or not they are delivered is determined by the
Outgoing mail Servers you have configured in Windows Mail for it to connect
to when sending.

Note: If you send one message/email and that message contains 200 email
address (To: Cc: Bcc: field) you have as far as the Outgoing mail Servers
are concerned, sent 200 separate emails.
