If your using WebMail, I havea potential cause. Webmail has a limit of "5"
files. For example; create a note (File 1), attache a Pic (File 2), another
Pic (File 3), 2 more Pics (Files 4 & 5). All is well, RIGHT?
You Send it and the recipient receives 1 Note with 4files inserted, or a
total of 5 Files.
Now they try to Forward to someone else and add a small blurb in the note
attached to the front of the received note, guess what6).
They Send and the next Recipient recieves Small note, original note and 3
Pics (4 files)!
This TRUE for Comcast, Bellsouth, & AT&T, I have personally verified tis
with each Tech Supp staff.
Work Around, Almays send 2 Files!!!
How? Send the received note "As An Attachment"!!! So what is bndled up and
sent is the New Note and a single File which is the origin alote and 4 Pics.
Hope this helps...Let me know
