Hello

I am using Outlook 2000 and there is a place in the
options of the e-mail. (After message is saved, right
clicl --options) , where you can set a date and time to
send the specific e-mail. I have set the parameters and
tested it but it doesen't go. What else do I need to do to
trigger it to go at a specific time?

Thanks
Phil

Is Outlook open at that particular date/time you've set it
for?

Do a test for an email later today, at a later time, leave
Outlook running and it should still go. I use to use that
feature...

Yes it is open all day. I set it for 20 minutes in the
future , and to expire tomorrow

I.E. " Don't deliver before 08/10/2004 at 4:50PM" and
Expires after 08/11/2004 at 9:00AM. And saved it in drafts.

Saved it in drafts? Why? All you do after you created the
email and added the settings is hit send! It will sit in
the OUTBOX till it's allotted time to be sent...

That's what I was missing. It went right over my head.

Thanks Ivan
