Hi all, having a strange problem with a user where all of a sudden her Send button in a new email was greyed out. This ONLY happens when she right clicks on a file (Word file for example) and chooses Send To>Mail Recipient. A new email opens up with the file attached but the Send button is greyed out.
She can create a new email message from within Outlook, attach the same file and send it no problem.
I've gone to Help>Activate Product and I'm told the Outlook is already activated.
Anyone know why when using the Send To>Mail Recipient method the Send button is greyed out or what I can do to resolve it?
