Hello:
One user on our network has the following problem: when in Word 2002 SP3 she
uses file/send as attachment, the email message hangs in Outlook outbox, not
being sent, until performing send/receive.
If she composes the message in Outlook and attaches the same Word file, it's
sent instantly, like all other messages.
If in Word she sends not as attachment, it's also sent instantly.
I configured her Outlook to use send/receive every 1 minute, and it helped -
at least, within one minute the message gets sent. But I wonder, why not
instantly like all other messages?
Outlook works with Exchange Server 2000.
thanks,
