Email Stuck in Outbox

I have just installed "Outlook", written 4 emails and they are all stuck in
the Outbox. One has no attachment and the other have attachments of 7mb or
less. If I click on any of the messages it tells me that "This message has
not been sent." Everytime I click on the message it has a check mark on the
"Do not deliver before . . ." which I unclick then close the box, send the
message and there it sits. What gives?

This is the most asked question. Go to File, select Work Offline, delete the
messages. Go back and uncheck Work Offline. Shrink the size of the
attachments and send one at a time. 7mb is too big to handle for most
servers.

Those are very large attachments. There could be several culprits for this.

Do you have antivirus actively scanning incoming and outgoing email? With
attachments that large, AV can't scan quickly enough for Outlook to send so
the whole process may time out. Disable AV scanning and try again.

Is there a cap on the size of attachments you may send and/or receive?

Anyhow, if you have items stuck in your Outbox you can read here as well for
the solution to get rid of them:

By the way, that is an excellent website for anyone wanting to learn quite
alot about Outlook!
