send a url link from IE via Outlook 2003

Sorry, I posted this a few days ago and my newsgroup reader doesn't show it
any more. Someone was helpful enough to send me a link for a free add in
program that enables right clicking on a web page and sending it through
outlook.

Could someone please resend me that link?
