Send link using outlook - how?

Hi
It used to be that when I had a web site in my browser (firefox) and I
wanted to send the link with outlook, it worked fine.
Then I had to format my HDD & reload everything
Now Outlook dosn't do it, but my news reader (Agent) tries to do it
How do I make outlook do this again?

Outlook is set as my default email program
Firefox is my browser
Using Outlook 2007
Windows XP

it sounds like firefox thinks agent is the default client - verify that
windows knows outlook is default (control panel, internet options, programs
tab) then check firefox settings.
