send a draft message ON BEHALF OF with FROM name for the recipient

I need to know how to send a draft message ON BEHALF OF and to make sure that
the recipient receive the message with the FROM name and not mine. Thank
you!
 
Ask the Exchange administrator to give you Send As permission on the From
mailbox.
