Send a doc - open in print layout view

I am trying to make sure that a document a user sends will open in print
layout view. We have saved the document while it was in the print layout
view, but whenever we open it, it opens in normal view. How can I correct
this?

A document will always open in the view in which it was saved (provided it
was really saved in that view; see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/SaveViewAndZoom.htm) unless the recipient
has "Allow starting in Reading Layout" checked on the General tab of Tools |
Options, and there's nothing you can do about that if the recipient isn't
willing to change settings.

I believe, also, that Reading Layout only kicks in when a document is opened
directly from an attachment, which is never a good idea, anyway; otherwise,
it seems like every document would open in that view. So if you can persuade
your recipients to disable Reading Layout and/or save the document to the HD
before opening, it should open in Print Layout view.

Ultimately you can't control how a user views documents - but as you appear
to realise the view is saved with the document. Thus user does not have to
accept that eg I have macro code that forces all documents to open in print
layout view - regardless of what view was saved.
