Selector disappears

My selector disappears when I use the keyboard right cursor key to move
horizontally in a row. I have to click with the mouse.

When you mention selector are you talking about the cursor? When you move to
different fields, you just start typing (and your data will be entered) you
do not need to see the cursor to type.
