Selectively remove redundant hyperlinks

My document is full of redundant hyperlinks.

I can select some hyperlinks by right-clicking on the item and selecitng
remove link but the option does not always display in the menu.

I would like to delete the redundant hypelrinks but not others. How can i
selectively manage these hyperlinks?
