Selective Sound Suppression

Have a few videos that have abberent noises/voices. Is there an addon or
app that can selectively subtract sounds by their wave pattern? There was a
device called an oscilloscope where one could 'see' soundwaves and isolate
them. This might be something for Microsoft developers to look at as an app.

Maybe the freeware Audacity would be worth a try:
