Selective Searches

I'm looking for a solution for a search/replace situation:

I have a fictitious client named "Trinity Health" which somtimes merely
appears within a document as "Trinity".

What I would like to do is a search/replace only for the instances of
"Trinity" by itself, bypassing the instances of "Trinity Health".

Is this a procedure that would require a macro?

If anyone out there has any suggestions (with or without a macro) I would be
most appreciative.

Do a search for Trinity and replace it with *<£% (Or any other string that
will not appear in the rest of the document). Next do a search for *<£%
Health and replace it with Trinity Health. Then search for *<£% and replace
it with whatever you want.
 
Search for Trinity Health and replace it with Trinity. Then search for
Trinity and replace with Trinity Health.

Now why didn't I think of that? I guess it's a case of my not being able to
see the forest for the trees - or merely "overthinking" it.

Another great suggestion Suzanne.

However (and I can't say for a certainty yet) but the author may not want to
have "Trinity" changed to "Trinity Health" - simply notated or marked in some
manner at the occurrences where "Trinity" stands alone.

Either way - I always appreciate receiving feedback, solutions and
suggestions from you. I'm sure this one will come in handy somewhere down
the road.

I guess I misread your question; I thought you wanted to expand all
instances of Trinity alone to Trinity Health.

Not at all Suzanne:

Sometimes it can be difficult to formulate the proper way for presenting a
question to the Community in an attempt to cover all aspects.

As always, you did great based upon my question. As I said, I'm sure that
your suggestion will most definitely come in handy as situations present
themselves.
