Selecting the desired internet connection (from 2)

Dear all,

Help Pls.
I have 2 pcs, 2 ISP cable connection, 1 Router (DIR-655)

PC A is in a vista ultimate right now, that has a direct cable connection to
an internet ISP (ISP A)

PC B is connected to a router, with another internet connection (ISP B)

Once PC A is connected to the router (as it has 2 gigabit lans, so both can
co-exist), the internet is shifted to the ISP Binternet in the router and not
the direct cable connection of ISP A.

How do i select ISP A for PC A, but still the network is connected through
the router?

THANKS
