selecting o/s at startup

When my compaq presario boots, it asks which operating
system do I want to use and gives me three choices. I do I
delete two and just have one?

Right click my computer; choose properties; choose advanced; choose startup and recovery; uncheck the box that says display list of os's
 
To delete de options you must edit the boot.ini file in the root of your
boot drive. Is a hidden and system file.
