selecting most recent record

Hi,
I have a form that runs off a select query. The query runs
off another form that selects a particular product name.
I want to select the most recent record of that product
name. Is this possible?

How do you identify which Record is the most recent?

Do you have any date Field so that you can use?

with each record.
