selected telephony device

Outlook won't dial #s for me any more. It says" "Another program is using
the selected telephony device." I am unaware of the other device. Problem
started after setting up bluetootyh connection to Palm T3.
 
Not an Outlook problem.
This is a Windows telephony problem. Outlook only uses the Windows dialer.
