Select rows with a red background

How would i select rows with a format on it. i.e. red background?

How did the rows acquire their Red background? Manually or through
Conditional Formatting?

If the latter, use the same criteria to filter the Red rows.

If manually, VBA is required as Frank points out.

Check out Chip Pearson's site on sorting by color. After sorting you can

select and copy the section you need.
