Select original message text for inclusion in a reply

Some email programs allow you to selectively include text from an original
message in a reply by highlighting it before hitting the 'reply' button. Is
there a way to do this in Outlook or is it all or nothing? Thanks

There's no way to do that in Outlook that I know of.
