Select Networks Setting Question

On my pocket pc device, Under Settings...Connections ...Advanced I click the
Select Networks button. It is here where I choose/define which connection
that will be used when connecting to the Internet or Private Network.

Is it possible to provide this functionality in my C# Pocket PC application?
When the user runs my application, I would like to give them a drop down to
choose which connection to use when connecting to the Internet.

Is this possible?
