"Select Names" window

In the New Message window, clicking the "To" button
producves a BLANK "Select Names" window. The winsdow does
not seem to be able to associate with CONTACTS. How can I
correct this?

Add the Outlook Address Book to your profile and configure it.
If you don't know how to do that, at the very least provide your Outlook
version.
