In Outlook 2003, is there a way to select multiple junk senders?

No. But adding names to the junk senders list is a poor way to prevent spam.

Agreed that this is a poor way to prevent spam. However, until we migrate to
a newer server (still on Exchange 5.5), some users get a lot of spam. There
used to be a way to do this in earlier versions of Outlook. Thanks for the
reply.
