Marking as Not Junk Doesn't Work Completely

In Outlook 2003, iff I have multiple emails in my junk folder from the same
sender, and mark one of them as Not Junk, only that one email is moved to the
inbox, while the other emails from the same sender remain in the Junk folder.

Shouldn't the other emails in the junk folder from the same sender also move
to the inbox? I've had to select them and repeat the process. The checkbox to
trust the sender is selected after clicking Not Junk, so that isn't the
problem. Qurb does it correctly, but I didn't want to install an add-on
before trying out the junk mail features in 2003.

Aloha Richard,

No because marking as "Not Junk" adds the sender name to the safe senders
list but that's only relevent when the messages are evaluated. The messages
already in the Junk E-mail folder are not re-evaluated so the other messages
in there won't be moved automatically. You'd have to move them manually.

Ok. Thanks for your quick reply, Ben. Perhaps in the next version of
Office... 8)
