Select file to Save

Ok...Whenever I click on the Internet Explorer icon, it brings up the web
page but at the same time the " LOOK IN FILE " box come up ( if you press
Ctrl N, you will see what I am talking about) it is very annoying. Can
somebody help me fix this problem please ?? Thanks.

When I click CRTL + N I get a new window. Unless, like in here, I get a new
message.

I don't suppose you have a screenshot handy?

You could upload it to a server and include a link or, if you'd rather, you
can mail me with it but that doesn't mean that I'll know exactly how to fix
