Seeking Help with a forumal. that will keep track of my Stock, and
Options Investments.

I don't have any experence with spreadsheets

I have Microsoft Spreedsheets
 
This is a pretty vague post. What kind of formula are you looking for?
What do you need it to do? Where is the data now?
 
As Glen said, pretty vague...

How about trying out some of the on-line portfolio managers -- Yahoo,
MSN, Zacks, and the other major services. In most cases, they even
have the option to download the data displayed in the portfolio, and to
send email alerts based on price and/or volume triggers.
