SEEK: Util to force application down (killer) for XP

I was running Sisoft's Sandra when it hung.

I could not close it nor kill its process using any of these:

XP's Task Manager
SysInternal's Process Explorer (freeware)
TaskInfo ($$$ware).

Sandra was using no resources and did not stop me running other apps
but it was always in my way.

Is there a utility which is good at forcing down an
application/process/thread ?
 
You are correct that taskkill comes with XP Pro, although it can be copied
to XP HE, the executable is called taskkill.exe.

You'll have to search the net for it.
