DTMFdial works here in the UK.

I don't know if other utils have got functions that are specific to the
US and which may not work properly for the UK.

What's wrong with DTMF Dial, I used to use it a lot to dial out numbers to
make quick calls on my old GPO dial phones. Now I use a Dect phone to dial
out so I don't need to use it any more.

No additional facilities such as PC based phone book.
