Pocket PC IVR

I want to develop an IVR system for a Pocket PC (phone edition) using .NET.
To do this I will need to automatically answer voice calls, play message
files to the caller, detect DTMF tones and record messages from the caller.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can do this?

This job is bigger than a bread box. A PPC is smaller than a bread box.
The hardware simply does not provide this support. Even on a desktop
machine you need substantial add-on hardware for IVR and CTI apps.
