Freeware to play .MMF files?

hello guys,

I have found some sound files, that can be used as ring tones however they
are in the form
of .MMF and windows doesn't know how to play it. Even media player cann't
play it.

Is there any freeware to play this file format? Or any freeware to convert
it to a general
format .midi???

any help will be appreciated
