seeing double

Hello. I have 2 "add remove" icons in the control panel. How can I remove 1
of them?

Right Click on the duplicate entry and choose the delete option.

Hi BAR. Thank you for replying, but there is no delete entry on right click
for add remove. Just Open and create shortcut.

Try right clicking and holding down the shift key.

Thanks Alias. That added an entry "run as" but no delete.
