See the headings as I work down the page

I want to see the column headings as I work down the page. How do I set this
up?

If your header is in Row1

In 2003
Select cell A2
Window>Freeze Panes

In 2007
View>Freeze Panes>Freeze Top Row

Thank you Jacob. That is what I wanted to accomplish.

And If you use a Table in 2007 your column headers will automatic change to the
table headers when you work down the page. Very nice I think
