Page Heading

Place your cursor under the heading and then go 'window'....'freeze panes'
 
Depending upon where the heading is, this could create a problem.

Best to select A2 and Window>Freeze Panes.

This will freeze just row 1

The rule is.....every row above and column left of your selected cell will be
frozen.
