The message is a pop up box that says security alert that
says I am about to view pages over a secure connection
and that any information that I send on this site cannot
be viewed by anyone else.
But there isn't a padlock shown!
Is this a safe site for online banking or for making
payments?

Well? did you go to your banks website? Or did you just
