Security with user accounts

I am making a new user account on my system at home. i ahve xp home edition.
I wan to make an account for my 6 year old son so he can get on and play
anygames that i have installed for him. What i dont want is for him to get
on and be able to remove programs or to be able to delete anything. I really
dont want him to be able to do anything except get on and play the games. I
already went to the new users and created an account for him. I selected the
option limited access and then restarted my computer. But when i log on to
his name i can get into everything and delete anything i want to. I really
need to figure out a way so that he is not able to do this.

I'd like to know the same. I can't seem to access any security/permissions
settings with my sister-in-laws PC, and she has the exact same issue: how can
we let kids play games under XP Home without letting them log on as
administrators?
