1/2 my office is on Access 2003 and the other 1/2 is on Access 2007.
The database we share is built in Access 2003. I save and share a
copy as an MDE file.
When my Access 2007 users open the database, they get all sorts of
Marco Security warnings, and "Not a Trusted User" or "Not a Trusted
Location" errors. I've found how to go into the Trust settings to set
each user up so they don't get these errors but its a bit tedious.
I'm about to share this database with a larger group in the company
and I won't have access to their computers to make these trust center
settings.
Is there a way that I can secure the database so that these messages
don't show up in Access 2007?
