Adam van den Hoven

Hey guys,

I came across the following security notice:

http://www.securityfocus.org/bid/10689

I have built tests to prove that this is a problem, as I can demonstrate
that one could steal sensitive unformation without the user knowing (or
the server being aware). Since we build web banking software the current
reccomendation is to allow clients to simply forbid IE6 from accessing
our site.

I need to know when, and if, Microsoft will be correcting this problem
and any workarounds (besides disabling javascript) that we can employ.

Thanks
A

a great workaround is to use mozilla.org 'firefox'

advertise it on your secure sites for better, safer access.
