Security updates on CD

For those not fortunate enough to have broadband
connections, is there any way to purchase a CD from
Microsoft with the 47 odd updates, patches and such that
a first-time XP installation requires?

Nope, sorry. You may purchase Windows XP Service Pack 1 on Cd, but not the
40 some Windows Updates.
