Security Update

The latest windows XP security patch seems to download OK, but will not install. I have been through this more than once with the same result. I have not had a problem with previous patches. I read that someone else was having the same problem. Any suggestions.
 
Oops, I was using the AOL browser and forgot that I must use IE for downloads from Microsoft.
